You could be forgiven for thinking his album was created decades ago, somewhere within a timeless blur of sepia hued late-era soul. This is Kadhja’s first full length album, in which her impeccably silky voice performs with heart-aching perfection, and with the experience of a wise, and long seasoned writer.

The instrumentation is low key and classy, using a reduced orchestra setup to establish a traditional sound, punctuated with numerous electronic elements such as drums and monophonic synths, to remind you what decade it was recorded in.

This is a truly spellbinding album that is a timbral gift for the ears, truly deserved of the coveted title of timelessness.
