Low-key disco, soul, and playful, globally informed dance rhythms, originally recorded direct-to-cassette. This mix acts as a summery, uplifting counterpoint to the comparably more introspective Trakqs 09, which was the A-side of this 1-of-1 cassette tape recording.

Starting with a song taken from the 1982 Indian movie ‘Vidhaata’, we shift back and forth between decades and continents – From the create digging 70’s US disco funk of Mary Clark, through to Norwegian reinterpretations of French post-Balearic cuts from the final chapters of the 2010’s, this mix was designed to tie distant jams together with the universal language of heartfelt, unpretentious groove.
