Found sounds fall upon hushed vocal loop ands skittering electronic beats on this self-released record from Elsa Hewitt (although I hear that UK based dance music now-institution Lobster Theramin are providing a widely distributed reissue). Sleepy and dreamy but absolutely full of life, Elsa’s productions comprise of a wide range of sounds and influences which knock on the doors of bedroom pop, with an organic sense of IDM, and occupy delicate spaces like a beam of light through thin curtains.
