A short documentary on the vitally grotesque sonic storytelling of Matthew Herbert, who, on his album ‘One Pig’, recorded an animals life from it’s birth, to the eventual consumption of it’s meat. The documentary not only explores the found-sound aficionado’s knack for creative audio sampling, but also the moral and political issues of meat production.
